FAQ

We are housed in the beautiful classrooms of the All Saints Church in Bay Head, right in the heart of town.
The facilities include a sundeck overlooking Scow Ditch and a Memorial Garden, and the playground of Centennial Park is reachable via a footbridge in the backyard, providing ample opportunity for outdoor play and exploration!
-
Please make sure your child has weather-appropriate clothing. We will try to go outside every day, which might mean even in a sprinkle or when the grass is muddy. We encourage hats and sunglasses!
Please also provide:
change of clothing to keep at camp
diapers if necessary
water bottle daily (we will fill throughout the day)
hat/sunglasses
sunscreen (and please apply before camp starts as well)
snack for a mid-morning break
-
Half-day campers (AM & PM) will have a snack at camp. Please send a healthy snack from home daily; we recommend fruit and a grain or protein.
Full-day campers will have snack as well as lunch. Please send both from home daily unless you’re signed up for our daily lunch service.
Please note that we will not serve anything with nuts at camp.
-
Your camper does not need to be potty-trained in order to attend. Please provide diapers and wipes if your child still uses them, and please keep the staff updated if your child is potty-training during camp so that we can help while your child is in our care.
-

We will never leave campus without letting parents know, but we look forward to taking short walks to visit our community, like visits to the local police and fire stations, and walks through the farmers’ market.
-
We’re excited to introduce a team of dedicated and nurturing educators and caregivers who are here to help your children feel comfortable at camp, here to help your childrens’s confidence grow, and here to make sure your children have the best summer ever!
All camp staff will be required to undergo background checks and safety training during hiring. There will always be staff on-site certified in CPR/First Aid.
-
Because of the transient nature of the program (some students may attend just one week), we won’t have a formal phase-in process.
We are sensitive to the fact that some children may need a more gentle separation plan, and we’ll work individually with families to make sure the camp transition is smooth. We want only happy campers!
-
We are new to town so are still figuring out family needs!
Partial enrollment may be an option depending on capacity/availability and family needs, so please be sure to let us know if that’s something you’re interested in as we craft our inaugural summer program.
If enrollment warrants throughout the summer, we will add a daily drop-in option.
